All order must be placed by 12/15/20 by 11am PST to arrive before Christmas.

Q: How much is shipping and delivery?
A: Due to continue increase cost in the global supply chain we have increase our shipping cost to $4.99 per item shipping within USA. International delivery $15 per item.

Q: Where will my order be sent from?
A: All our items are printed and shipped from our California office. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your product to be process, printed and package ready to shipping.

Q: When should my order arrive?
A: All orders are shipped via USPS (1st class or priority mail flat rate) Transit time may vary depending on location, between 5-15 business days within the US continent.

Q: Who will deliver my order?
A: We rely on USPS for all our shipment. All shipment will include USPS tracking number (1st class or priority mail)

Q: Where can Supergraphictees deliver to?
A: We ship all over the world.

Q: What if my order is later than expected?
If your order hasn’t reached you within 15 business days, the best first step is to contact your local post office in case they are holding the package for you. You’d be surprised how often this is the case! Don’t forget to check your SPAM mail folder if you don’t see our email containing the tracking number.

Q: What about International customs/duties?
A: As customs rules in various countries can frequently change, this can cause delays, and at times, additional charges imposed by the receiving country. While we take all reasonable steps to comply with general world shipping standards, Super Graphic Tees is not liable for any additional customs taxes or duties, or if any specific item was prohibited or confiscated by the receiving country.
It is recommended that you investigate the relevant local laws in your country.

Q: Can I send a gift to someone else?
A: Absolutely! The ‘billing’ address must be your own, however you can choose a different ‘delivery’ address.
We don’t include any invoices or payment information in the packages, but elements of the packaging may reveal the goodies inside.
Please note, because we email your payment confirmation and receipt it’s also a good idea to use your own email address, to keep your secret.

Q: How will my order be packaged?
A: All our tees are packaged in reinforced poly mailer and/or USPS padded envelope and boxes.

Q: What if I’ve provided the wrong address?
A: If you find our you enter the wrong address at the time of purchase please email us within 24 hours so we are able to make the change before shipping.

Q: A tracking number was received, but no tracking information is available.
A: Please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to update their system.
Generally, the package is still on the way, just waiting to be scanned at the next sorting facility.

Q: Do you offer overnight / 2 days shipping?
A: We current do not offer overnight or 2 days expedited shipping service.
